Graduated in Economics at PUC MINAS, Post-Graduating in Business Management at IBMEC, he built his career in the Corporate Finance area working in national and multinational companies, in the Industrial, Medicines and Consulting.
During his experience in the corporate environment, he was responsible for the creation and implementation of the financial area, management indicators and reports, as well as the preparation of financial statements. Managed Internal Audit areas, with focus on processes and compliance. As a consultant, he actively participated in the restructuring of companies in various fields of activity such as Paranasa, Pavotec, Granviver, Mecanorte, Vera Cruz, JChebly, among others; being responsible for carrying out initial diagnoses, creating and approving strategic planning as well as systematic monitoring of the Companies' evolution. In the last 5 years, he was responsible for the renegotiation of more than R $ 800MM from his clients, with a focus on cash optimization, debt reduction and better strategic positioning for the company.
Multinationals such as Grupo FCA Auto, LafargeHolcim, MRV, Sandvik. Focused on performance and development, he led companies in Turn Around, M&A, Structured Debt, Team Restructuring processes with the creation of a Shared Services Center, unification of processes. Responsible for investment projects of more than R $ 2 billion in portfolio and strategies and structures for attracting, negotiating and controlling financing with a focus on cash optimization and contractual expertise. Performance in revenue generation with asset optimization. It has a strong relationship with the main banks in Brazil.
Graduated in Economics from PUC MINAS and Postgraduate in Finance Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, he built his career within the Financial and Strategic areas, acting in several leadership positions, in National and International companies.
